Services Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, we will redo the service at no charge. However, you must notify us immediately after the service is performed. Once you have paid and left the salon, it is acknowledged that you are satisfied with the service provided.
- Damage Responsibility: Any damage caused to your nails after the service, such as breakage, chipping, or lifting, will be your responsibility. You will be charged for any replacements required due to such damage.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer corrections, replacements, or refunds if you simply change your mind about the service.
- Care and Maintenance: If you have questions regarding the care of your nails, feel free to ask our technicians. We are happy to assist you.
- Feedback and Complaints: Please speak to the manager on duty if you have any feedback, compliments, or complaints. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional customer service.
- Promotion and Coupons: Only one promotion can be used at a time. Coupons cannot be applied to promotional prices.
- Prepaid Appointments: Prepaid appointments are non-refundable. However, clients are allowed one modification to reschedule to an alternative date.
Sales of Products Policy
- Final Sale: All beauty products sold online are considered final sale if opened or if the packaging is destroyed.
- Damaged Products: Products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof of damage. We will replace any damaged products.
- Return Process for Damaged Products: Based on our discretion, you may be asked to either dispose of or return the damaged product.
- Unopened Product Returns: You may return unopened products at your own expense. A full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned product. We recommend providing tracking information to ensure timely processing of your return.
- Purchase Locations: All products can be purchased both online and in-store.
